TriMedia Environmental & Engineering seeks a hard-working Receptionist/Accounting Assistant in Marquette, MI. As a receptionist and accounting assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administrative duties, assistance to key accounting functions, and general office support to business functions that ensure an efficient delivery of services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer phones and receive visitors and guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution and timely processing.
- Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Secure building by performing daily opening and closing procedures, including locking and unlocking doors.
- Maintain and reconcile daily deposits.
- Manage day-to-day office administration.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting Department as needed.

- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
